CLASSES OF TWELVE

Because of current COVID regulations, we can only have classes of TWELVE at the current time and we are following all COVID protocols to ensure the health and safety of our clients. We will be continuously updating and changing the schedule as per demand!

BYOE - Bring Your Own Equipment

You can expect all classes to include light weights and/or ankle weights and mini bands, unless specified otherwise. If you don’t have all of the above, bring whatever equipment you have and wee will make it work for you. Please bring your own yoga mat and ensure that you bring water and a towel because it is getting HAWT out there!

BOOKING WINDOW OPENS SUNDAYS AT 5:30 PM

The FITFOMO outdoor class schedule will be announced on FRIDAYS and booking window will open on SUNDAYS AT 5:30 PM. Class will be weather dependent, we will notify you of any cancellations prior to the class! CLASS RATES

We are offering a special rate of $20 for ALL FITFOMO MEMBERS. Non members are also welcome for $25 per class.

Classes are FIRST COME FIRST SERVE.

You must cancel 12 hrs prior to your scheduled classes to avoid being charge. Book your classes SUNDAY AT 5:30 PM
